Facilities

The library building is a non-smoking building. The building and unisex washroom are located on ground level and accessible to those with walkers or mobility issues.

Children under 5 must be supervised by a responsible caregiver while in the library.

Food and drink are permitted in the library, but are not allowed near the computers or printer.

• Available for public use:
  • a SAD lamp to lift your spirits
  • a Daisy reader for reading with visual impairment
• Kids 5-12 can join our annual summer reading program or winter reading program in January & February.
• Free in-house use of Wii and kids' toys
• Free gently-used magazines in designated area
• We have a coffee station by donation

Our library has a no-tolerance policy on verbal and/or physical abuse of staff.  An offender will be banned from the premises one month; continued offences will result in a permanent ban, and forfeiture of her/his borrowing privileges.
